DigiSaksha is an independent software platform that helps investigation teams organise work, generate documents, and analyse digital records. The Platform uses artificial intelligence to process user-provided inputs and prepare requested outputs.
3User Responsibilities & Liability
3.1 Accuracy of Information: AI-generated reports, summaries, and other outputs are assistive drafts. Users are responsible for reviewing the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of generated content before relying on it.
3.2 Data Uploads: You must not upload information that you are not authorised to process or that violates another person's rights. You are responsible for the data submitted through your account.
3.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your access with unauthorized personnel.
4Limitation of Liability
DigiSaksha and its creators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform or from decisions based on unverified AI-generated content.
5Intellectual Property
The Platform's code, design, logos, and proprietary AI workflows are the intellectual property of DigiSaksha. Users are granted a limited license to use the software for its intended investigative purposes.
6Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Platform with or without notice.
